Rust on the balcony supports is of a poor standard, ocurring within 3 years.

| NONE of these events/issues should have occured in 3 years. For this reason I am extremely disappointed. It seems to me that painting did not reach the standard of a 3 coat process, (2 x paint and 1x sealer). I find this process very difficult to believe.  |

Gutters should not have rusted in this time frame. Could it be sub-standard materials? Is this work considered to be Industry Standard? $.jpg) .jpg)
