Aggression, Terrorism, Crimes Against Humanity are primitive and barbaric behaviours.

When will our leaders assert that this primitive and barbaric behaviour is not acceptable and hence, the perpetrators WILL be held to account?

How often do we have to state that:

• Civilian populations are not military targets.
• Civilian infrastructures are not military targets.
• Civilian public buildings, areas and structures are not military targets.

Such acts are designed to strike fear and terror into the hearts of the Civilian population. That is, "TERRORISM".

The indiscriminate killing of Civilian populations are acts of "Crimes Against Humanity".

The initial act of aggression against a Civilian population is both "TERRORISM" and an act of "Crimes Against Humanity".

The perpetrators of such actions MUST BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE.

Any entity that assists or condones those actions is complicit to those actions and should also be held accountable.
